The Associate members are the backbone and power house of Popinjay - they provide the services we supply to clients.

There is no such thing as a typical Associate since they all have different life experiences. Nevertheless there are certain common denominators. They usually

• are retired or early retired
• feel they have knowledge, skills and experience which can still be passed on to or benefit others
• want to remain flexible and adaptable to change
• have professional or specialist skills in e.g. accountancy, finance, project management, marketing, recruitment, service support
• are used to dealing and negotiating with people and organisations at a variety of levels
• are self motivated, work primarily from home, and dedicated to completing work on time and on budget
